ABOUT

Designing the standard
for your career.

Over more than ten years in HR, watching people and organizations up close, I learned that good choices come from a standard you hold inside.

STANDER is a tool that helps you find and refine that standard yourself. With psychological science and reflection, it lets you design the direction of your career and everyday life.

ENPERSON, through the STANDER brand, walks with you on the journey of setting your own standard.

Frequently asked questions

What is STANDER?

STANDER is a platform for designing career transitions on a foundation of psychological science. It measures your interests, work values and grit with validated scales, then links the results to learning material and growth opportunities so the next step follows. Unlike personality tests that stop at naming a type, the results here carry through into real opportunity search and coaching.

What assessments does STANDER Discovery use, and what are they based on?

RIASEC (vocational interests) 12 items, Work Values 6 items and Grit 4 items — 22 items in all, about five minutes. They draw on Holland (1959) for the six interest types, Super (1970) for work values and Duckworth (2007) for the Grit scale, all of them published academic instruments. Because the item counts are reduced, this is a short form: a starting point for career exploration, not a clinical diagnosis.

What is in the assessment report?

The report combines your assessment results with your answers about where you stand today. It shows your leading RIASEC types and the roles associated with them, your work-values and grit scores, and a growth strategy for the next 90 days built on them. The associated roles are a starting point for exploration, not a verdict on your career.

How much is free, and how is my personal data protected?

The assessment (STANDER Discovery) and viewing your results are free, and you can start without signing in. Signing up is required only to save your results and return to them. Personal data collected is not provided to third parties, and assessment history is kept only until you close your account. The full list of items and retention periods is in the privacy policy.
